In DVDa 1.0 you used to be able to set Inroduction media in the properties menu. Anyone know how this is done in DVDa 4.0?

Its still the same. Just right click in the media list space and use insert a new media file. Choose your media (video file or whatever). Then make sure its on top. Drag and drop. Or right click it and make it into set dvd start. What exactly do you want to do. Any media that starts off in the dvd is technically introductory media.

I have a 10 second animated intro logo that plays before the main menu pops up. I just got dvda ver 4 so I'm new to it. My previous version was 1.0 so I need to do some reading.

Just grab the intro media in the project list and drag to to the top making it the first item. Then put the menu second from top. Thats it. Your intro media will play first and then it will enter into the menu. This is also called first play video. Also the first play media item will always have a blue star appended to its name in the list. Then from within the menu you can set links to vaious other areas and return back from there into the menu. All done by linking. As long as nothing links to the first play video then theyll never get to watch that again unless by ejecting and putting the disc back in. Something like the trailers nowadays on most dvds. They only play once. And then theres no way of getting back to them. Only eject and reinsert.
