setting up a lite light kit

I do video (vx2000) and photography, I shoot everything from talking head to web commercials . From offices to houses , I hate lugging all kinds of bags. Would 2 500 watt rifa lights and a Smith-Victor 765SG 600 Watt Open Face Tungsten Light with DYH Lamp do the trick your thoughts? Thanks
 
are you bringing anything else?

What are you using to position the lights? to control them?
