servicing the DVX (bay area?)

i might have the curious joy of taking my DVX into some rough desert conditions. i'll take precautions to protect it from dust and sand, but would like to get it professionally serviced afterwards (i get enough dropouts as it is).

any recommends for where i might be able to do that, preferably in the bay area?

I think BLUESPIDER is talking about Media Associates. That's who does my service.

What kind of servicing do you get done at Media Associates? for the DVX? didn't know they do that there.

I'm not quite sure. I sent my DVX in for a back focus problem. They also did some missing pixel repair on my LCD.
