Server set up???

I looking into setting up a 24bay server or NAS to act as storage, I would not be working on projects off of it. Mainly it would be for clients to access deliverables and as studio storage. The plan so far was to build our own and use the final cut server software to manage it.....


I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or opinions on the best solution for this?
