I had this issue last month when I went back to an edit I did last year. Major PITA. It seems to be an issue with the way Lumetri interpreted my technical LUT; the black level was much higher than before. Lumetri had a significant overhaul going from CC2014 to CC2015. I've since upgraded to CC2017 and haven't noticed any weirdness with jobs from earlier this year.

OK, I've been putting off from updating to 2017. Now is the time though since I'm between major works... Thanks for the hint!
