Sequence returned to fcp from color

when i send to fcp, i'm getting a weird problem. there is a 1 frame gap between some cc'ed clips. sequence i sent from fcp to color was flattened, no fades, etc. and when i get it back from color, like i said, i get 1 frame gaps between some clips with no rhyme or reason. anyone else seen this?
 
usually when i see a 1 frame gap its from cutting and pasting clips from a 23.98 sequence into a 29.97 sequence or vice versa. did you do that at any point?
 
hmmm. now that you mention it, i may have accidentally done that in this particular case.

thanks a lot for the tip zak. i'll take a look and see if i can trace back to doing this in the original sequence.
