Separating Audio Tracks from Sequences?

I need to deliver separate dialog and music tracks for my project but when I edit parts of the film in sequences which are then imported to the main timeline, Premiere puts all the audio from that sequence together on one audio track, making it impossible to separate.

Is there any way to simply export all the separate tracks or do I have to do each of the individual bits and Frankenstein them together?

Adobe.com was no help at all. They didn't even seem to understand the problem.

You can export the audio tracks separately and use them instead of the nested audio track.

Tip: Create a PIP track and export it with each audio track

(You also maybe able export OMF or AIF)

..yeah, its really just a workflow issue here. if you need to have the ability to export tracks independently, then you just need to keep them separate through to the export process so they are able to be exported independently. because as you know, importing your edit in as a nested sequence merges everything into a singualr linked audio and video track.

instead of nesting sequences, you can just copy everything (all clips of all kind) within a sequence, and paste it to your working sequence. just select any clip in the timline of the seuence you want to import/nest and hit control A to select everything, and then copy it all and paste it into your working sequence.

if its easier to use the nested video rather than all your edited clips cpoied in, you can delete the video from what you copy over, or only copy over the audio in the first place, and then use your nested sequence video with the audio deleted, and line it up with your copied in audio in the timeline. in general I tend to copy everything into a master sequence, because the editability is right there without having to go back to some other original sequence, and then you can just delete your old sequences and stick with one master sequence as you bring in all your other edits from any other sequences. but thats just my personal preference.
