How long does it usually take to get any kind of response? I sent it maybe 10-15 days ago, and i shot Hien an email after about 3-4 days to let him know I sent it out and he replied with "thanks". I sent them an email a couple days ago confirming if they received the unit yet. So far, I haven't gotten any response about them receiving it all. I know they are super busy now-a-days, but is this normal?

By the way, it was sent it for a repair.

Not really relevant to this situation, but my mirrors became loose and I re-secured them, but there are still some things wrong. It's a flip enhanced, not a LEX.
 
Those guys are busy busy busy, only hein is home now, his brother is away for a month out of the country. Im sure its high on his priority list.
 
Alright thanks alott, I figured the case was something like this, I know they are renowned for their customer service. I am not really in a rush anyways, just wanted to see what was up.
