Sennheiser XLR to 1/8 proprietary?

Hi, I have a Sennheiser EW100 G2 wireless receiver that came with a male XLR to male 1/8mm plug. The model number of this cable is "CL100" and is used to connect the receiver to an XLR input on a mixer. The 1/8mm jack is getting loose and needs to be replaced very soon. Is this a specific or proprietary cable, or is it a simple adapter that can be made? The CL100 online costs nearly $50. Can I buy it under a generic name or must it be specifically sennheiser CL100? Thank you.

I found this diagram that looks like it would work, any confirmations? It's no trouble to make it, I just don't want to damage any equipment.

How good are your soldering skills? I believe the locking plug is proprietary or at least not easily found at your local RS. Either way you can find the parts for cheap but will need to be able to solder well. Double check the wiring diagram you should be able to find at Sennheiser's website.

Cheers
