sennheiser pxc250 for monitoring sound?

I just picked up sennheiser pxc250 CHEAP!

Is this a good headphones set up to monitor sound on the dvx 100?


If not, what a good price to sell them for? They have the case and appear to be in perfect condition.
 
I think those are noise-cancelling headphones--- those aren't generally relied upon for true production monitoring purposes. Better to stick with Sony 7506s, or Sennheiser HD 200 series.

Maybe you could sell them on craigslist/ebay to an avid iPod'er for $100.00.
