Sennheiser G4 IEM? Or just stick with Comteks or Lectro IFBs

I tried a 30" cable I already had (tip tied to sleeve) and a 14" cable (tip open). It performed about the same. The performance is disappointing.

I ended up going with G4 IEMs since I have plenty of experience with Sennheisers. They work fine. Better quality than Comtek, though the Sennheisers occupy precious frequency space. I've been trying Rode Go digital wireless as camera hops to keep A1 channels open and so I won't have to worry about intermod as much. They work for this. Much better battery life than the Sennheiser XS and they have a screen with battery life indicator. Sound quality is just okay which works fine since lazy editors would sometimes use my scratch tracks instead of my recorder mixes or iso's when I was using LT/LRs and G3s as hops.
