Sennheiser G3 or Shure UR1

I have the above mentioned systems available to me to use for a lecture filming. Which one is better? (going into a mix-Pre D). The Shure has a Shure 93 mic and the sennheiser G3 looks like it has the stock mic.

Also if one lav is better than the other but the transmitter is better on the other, can I use it on the other's system?

No, the termination at the end of the lav's cable is not compatible with each other.

I've never used the Shure UR1, but well... it is more expensive, so dunno, give it a go?

The Shure wireless Tx uses the TA-4 (aka, tiny XLR) connectors and the mics are not interchangeable. Otherwise the Shure UR system is good if your do not need a portable Rx. I prefer the WL93 mic over the Sennheiser ME2 as well.
