Sennheiser G2 wireless receivers, where's a good place to put them?

I'm trying to figure out where to attach 2 of my Sennheiser G2 wireless receivers when they are hooked up to my camera. I am currently using my shoe mount for my monitor... Any ideas?
 
I assume this is for a HVX200?

Is this an everyday situation?
Run and gun? lock down situations?
Are these camera hops? or direct to talent?

Im sure this wont work for you, but when I have to do a wireless hop to
small format cam's, I have a fanny pack I give the camera op and put the 2x receivers in that and 2
coiled cables that run up to the camera.

There are different kinds of mounts available as well

when using two receivers on my cam i use the rycote hot shoe extender. its $25. but i've got a little setup where it mounts on the side of the handle where the shotgun mount is.

If you have more than 1 Sennheiser receiver, jump over to Markertek.com and search for the Mic Mate. It keeps the Receiver's antenna straight up for better reception.
Inexpensive too. Otherwise, I use the Bracket1 with the over the camera adapter for a light with two receivers on the side.
