Will be doing a Health Seminar for a client in October...
More than likely will be be medium to large room at a hotel.
Would like to know which setup would you guys choose:
Setup 1 (post work up to 3weeks) -
Client's Canon Xl2 wide in the rear of conference room
zoomed into speaker (medium closeup)
Rent 2 HVX's for audience cutaway / alternating speaker closeups
Rent Panasonic AV-HS300G Compact Multi-Format HD/SD Switcher
would use two TV's I have (via SD connections)
Setup 2 (post work up to 2weeks) -
Rent HPX 500 wide in the rear of conference room
zoomed into speaker
Along with 2 HVX's for audience cutaway / alternating speaker shots
Rent Panasonic AV-HS300G Compact Multi-Format HD/SD Switcher
Also rent HD monitors to view footage
Setup 3 (post work up to 1 month) -
Free Run on cameras without the switcher
Rent 2 extra HVX's in conjunction to mine
and rent a P2 store
And do all the cutting in post, bill the client and make extra money...
Please give your reasons as I need to make a decision ASAP!
