Seeking Royalty-Free Stings

Hi, we're on deadline with some Web videos and suddenly having problems with our SmartSound libraries. We need some royalty-free stings ASAP, but we don't have the budget to pay for them. Does anyone know where we can get free downloads of royalty-free stings? Every site I've found seems to charge $20 and up... I'm looking for something 10 to 15 seconds long to go with some title cards. Thanks!

opuzz is pretty cheap. seems like your best bet would be to fix Smartsounds.

I also keep Pinnacle Studio on a machine to do Smartsounds, and the new version has Scorefitter, which is license free, which is similar. Then import to tracks to other NLEs.

mrWrong - 'stings' are short musical hits used for emphasis or impact.
Like a 5 sec music bed. Imagine the sort of sound that would hit with a logo on screen, or something like that.

Thanks! That's what we did -- or rather, that's what Aram did. I don't know exactly how he got it working -- I think he just reinstalled the app and then it found our libraries (the problem was that it wasn't finding all the SmartSound libraries we already had, so we could preview them but not open them). Anyway, he got them relinked and we put together a nice intro and outro, so problem solved.

Thanks again! I will check out that Web site sometime.
