seeking for room to rent during Tribeca Film Fest in N.Y in May

Hi Guys,

I need to know where is a good place that I can rent in N.Y.C from the 1st of May till the 6th of May for one person. My wife had volunteered herself for the Tribeca Film Fest . And I'm trying to look for a whole room to rent for her during this period . N.Y.C

Can anyone give me some pointers where to look for ? like which local website or newspaper.

Somewhere near to the fest or somewhere near to the metro. Looking for a smoke free , clean and safe environment . Budget 50 to 80 dollars per night.

i'd be very careful about this. the idea of sending my wife to a foreign country to stay with a stranger i met on the internet would have me paranoid out of my mind.
