I couldn't really find another sub-forum that suited this post, so I just decided to put it here.
Mays Landing, New Jersey and surrounding areas.
I'm looking for up to eight people/film companies that want to share a location as office space. There will be eight office spaces, each 8' x 8'. In addition atleast 2 editing bays (potentially up to 4, based on space.), as well as a 500 sq. ft. to 800 sq. ft. sound stage. We would need $40,000 down as a group (8 companies/people x $5,000.00) to get into the space and to do construction to convert the space to its necessary function. Rent on the 8' x 8' office space will be $200 a month there after the inital $5000. In addition, the sound stage space will be discounted by about 90% for those who have office space in the building. Editing bays would be no cost for those that have office space. (Editing and Sound Stage space would be subject to pre-scheduled uses.) Additional rooms in the building will include 2 conference rooms for production meetings, ect. (this will also be free of cost to those that have office space in the building.). We need a minimum of 5 people/companies to come on-board before this can move foward.
