Does anyone else here:

Do lots of multi-camera shoots of conferences, speeches, training sessions and the like?

Do lots of live streaming?

Build large online video archives?

Run ecom services related to live streams (sign-ups, permission access controls, etc.)?

Do custom s/w development related to online video and mobile devices?

Anybody else out there?

Cheers,
George

PS - We don't do weddings. Just not our thing.

I do a lot of multi-cam stuff at my day job (in the Marketing and Communications department at a university) - mostly just speeches, events, etc to promote all the activities that happen on campus. We have yet to do live streaming online (looking into it for future events), but tomorrow we have a huge IMAG project with a few cameras for a gala/banquet in a 20,000sq ft room. as for archiving we put almost every single video we do online, except for certain internal ones that we release on DVD instead. We try to stay away from training sessions since that's a gray area as far as promoting the university is involved - plus if we did those for everyone who requested one we would need 10 full time people instead of the 2 that work now (my boss and I)

cheers,
Adam
