About $48. Notice it says that it has an electronic ballast. I didn't see the model I first bought in 2004 or 2005 which was around $55 for a 4 tube kitchen fluorescent ceiling mounted fixture. If you spend a bit of time you can put some kind of mounting on the back to make it easier to put on the ceiling at an angle or on a stand. The one I had was something like this:
But without the latices across it, just a diffusion panel on it and kind of a wood grain finish on the sides. I mounted some pvc pipe on the back and used that for my stand mounting.
T8 bulbs are 32w each so 2 bulbs is 64w and four bulbs is 128w. Electronic ballast is vital to keep away flickering issues. Magnetic ballasts will almost certainly have flickering issues.
Maybe yes, maybe no. Depends upon the size of the screen of course. There have been DIY screen efforts in the DIY section of the site that only used 4 of the 4 foot long 2 bulb T8 fixtures and the results were not bad.
