SD card

Hello,

I have a SD card (SanDisk 1 GB). Today I tried to use this card with my HXV. But the camera won't recognize the card. So I can't save any of the scene settings to the SD card.
Does anybody know the cause of this problem? Is there some kind of list which cards can be used with the HVX?

Or should I format the card first in camera?

There is not so much about this in the manual so I hope someone could help me with this!

You need to format the SD card first in the camera before it can be used.

Ok, Thanks a lot! That's working now...

But: Is it possible to read the SD-card in the HVX on my mac?

You can't access the SD card from the Mac while the card is in the camera -- you'll need a multimedia card reader for that. There are also some printers, keyboards and LCD monitors with built-in card readers.
