SD Card or Compact Flash for HD Video?

Hi guys,
Is it ok to use a SD Card with CF adaptor in a 7D for HD Video?


Would this cause any problems?



I am looking at a 16GB Sandisk Extreme 60mbps CF card, but the SD cards are cheaper.

You should probably use the CF cards, they are faster. I've made a little google search for you, and a lot of people where having trouble. I think it would work, with the right adapter and a fast enough sdcard. But then again, it might not, and then you've wasted money buying the stuff and are still not able to record video. Stick with the CF :)
