Scrubing The Timeline

Okay what am I doing wrong ? When I scrub the timeline I don't get a updated output on my broadcast monitor.

Make sure View - External Video is set to ALL frames? Is your canvas window set to fit-to-window?

Maybe trash your preferences just for good measures.
