Scrubber syncing on timeline and source window?

Does anyone know how to get the scrubber to sync in the source (viewing waveform) and sequence? The scrubber just sits at the start of the track in the source no matter where you are on the timeline. Switching over from FCP7 and this was very useful when syncing dual system audio (placing markers) that plural eyes couldn't handle.
 
Are you wanting to Gang the Source Monitor with the Program Monitor ( or sequence) ?

Check out the Menus in the monitors for that.
 
Which version of PPro are you using? If you are on Creative Cloud I've found the built in syncing to be very robust.
 
Thanks, I think "gang sync" worked it out. Using CC by the way. How do you use built in syncing btw (I heard this was on FCP X but nothing about Premiere)?
