Scrolling Title won't render

OK, this is probably so simple, it's stupid. Created a scrolling title in the viewer, did an insert at the end if the timeline, and the clip shows the red bar. Using the "Sequence|Render" commands just "flash", then nothing. Plays back as needs rendering. I've done this before but its been quite a while. What am I missing?

Make sure you press render all and make sure the timeline needle is just a little bit in front of the part of your sequence you want rendered.
