Scrolling Ticker Tape

Does anyone know of any good solutions (either software or hardware) to incorporate a ticker tape overlay onto a live feed? I'm streaming using vimeo live (live stream studio) and the best solution I've come up with is feeding in google sheet/excel as a GFX source. The only issue is that every row on the excel come in as a 1920x1080 frame and you have to use a push transition to emulate hte look of a ticker. Seems fine, however, it causes issue with line breaks and having one continuour ticker tape. perhaps there is a peice of hardware that you can manually enter and it output a ticker tape? I haven't been able to find anything though.

What do professional new stations use?

Whatever Chyron is called now, and Ross video both have "cheap" CG boxes that can do this. Take a look at Datavideo because they make some neat stuff that might fit the budget better. Not sure if they have something but take a look.
