I have a Britek 600w open-faced light and the slot for the scrim is 6.5 inches across.

I didn't know Britek had open faced lights... hmmm, I wonder if they're the same size. Maybe I should just call Rostronics.

All the Briteks are open faced, at least that's what their site states. they are focusable open faced lamps, and sometimes with a ground glass, but none of the fixtures have a fresnel lense.

All the Briteks are open-face. Just because it's focusable doesn't mean it's a fresnel. A fresnel lens is a special type of lens, and the Briteks I've seen don't have it.
