I'm looking for a weekly screenwriting group/workshop/etc in the Atlanta or Marietta area, so I figured I'd start a thread for like minded individuals in ATL or other regions.
I know there are many workshops that charge, but what I'm really looking for is a group of writers who want to meet to discuss their work and help each other improve their writing. If anyone knows how to find something of this nature, responses are welcome. Otherwise, are you in a similar group? If so how did you find it or start it? Has it worked out well for you? How about the paid workshops?
Thanks.
