Screening fee after the submission fee for a fest???

I am currently pushing a short and my first feature into fests and My short film just got accepted into the One Forest Film Festival in New York and they are asking for a $100 dollar screening fee...Is this normal? I just spent over 700 dollars on festival fees for my feature and short and there is no way I can also afford screening fees. Any experience with this guys? Never heard of this before after the initial submission fee. I'm kinda scared that my films will get accepted and then I won't be able to afford to screen them? This doesn't seem right at all. Why would only this fest do this though? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Below are links to the short film and a trailer to my feature all shot on a stock DVX100.

No-don't give them a $100! That's ridiculous. This suggests to me that they don't have a proper budget to advertise the festival-therefore no one will be at this festival to see your film. So they're putting you over a barrel twice. Getting you to stump up some more cash and secondly not exposing your film!

Why would you pay $100 for that, on top of the submission fee as well.

No, do not give them a screening fee. In fact, for something called the "One Forest Film Festival" you should have asked them to waive the submission fee. Demand that back now too.

Fantastic docu! Also, I submitted early, so there wasn't a submission fee and I just emailed them asking them to wave the "screening fee" as they state it's there for us to attend and other junk that should be free for the filmmaker at any film festival. If they don't wave the fee it looks like my short film will be missing about 20 or so people in NY probably HAHA!
