Screengrabs?

Hi, im using PP2 for the first time on my new film. Is there some way to get grabs from the footage? Thanks in advance

go to export > frame when the preview monitor is on the grab you want from the time line

Another question: How do i move all the media in my timeline to the left or right? I tried going to the beginning and clicking + Ctrl but that didnt work.

Highlight all your "media", and then click and move
