Screencapture Software

Hi all,
I am going to edit a presentation where people are doing live projections from their laptops, and they are using both PC and Mac. What is a good software to install on their computers to get useable video to incorporate into the edit in FCP? I've seen Jing but I think it makes only 5min videos.
Also, it it possible to use Flash videos in FCP? Can I convert them to Quicktime in something like Mpeg Streamclip?
thanks,
sns

my vote is camtasia on PC and snapz pro on mac (camtasia now has a mac version but the company told me that snapz presently beats it on the mac - for high demand full frame rate stuff anyway)

Thanks JWinter. Is there anything that is free that does basic screen capture? I don't need any editing functions or anything. I just need a basic screen capture in video (quality doesn't need to be that high) but I need to be able to edit it so I need it to end up in MOV.
I've been looking for a free SWF to MOV program but they seem to all come to a deadend (ie. not working opening after download, or basically lying about being "free"-). If I actually found one I could at least do 5 minutes at a time for free with Jing.

For the PC side try FRAPS. It is only $37.00. You have to be using AERO for it to work. The files can the be edited using Windows Movie Maker or Premiere Pro.

I'll echo JWinters suggestion of SnapzPro on the mac side.
Seems to be what everyone I know uses (myself included).

EDITED TO ADD:
Just realized you wanted a free option.
In which case, I'm out of ideas.
