Screen capture - Snapz vs. iShowU

Which one do y'll prefer? I have used both off/on. most recently, more of ishowu, but I can't remember why I switched..something about support or lack there of with regard to fps. frames per second. only 10.

iShowU. Instantly saves as a QT, where Snapz needs to render. Snapz QTs show up as 10fps in FCP. Need to conform in Cinema Tools for it to work. iShowU does not have this issue.

Well said, Shane. I think I encountered all those problems..which led me to iShowU.

price point is good, too. $30 or $70

iShowU is great, it saves into whatever format you need. I've had no issues with it and have been using it almost 3 years now.

is it suitable for capturing 30fps YouTube video footage?

why do that when you can save them and not risk dropping frames or stalling because of your internet connection, try a site like keepvid.com rather than screen capture.
