Screen capture advice?

I need to be able to record the computer screen as a person demonstrates some software. A lot of the search results I found are from several years ago so I was wondering what my options are now.

The project will involve shooting the person talking and also recording the screen. The two videos will be synced and then edited together.

I've seen videocopilot do a lot of this.

I have AG HMC150 and NEX EA50 cameras and also AG HMR10 recorder, but none of these seem to be able to take a video feed IN (except SDI). So it seems the best way would be to use the camera to shoot the person and then record the screen a differnet way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I'll look into those.

Sorry. I forget to mention this is on PC. It's a first time deal, but there may be more need for this so I need to get it figured out.

If its PC then Camtasia studio is definately the way to go. One of my machines is a PC laptop and I've got camtasia studio 8.1.2 running on it. I don't use the laptop's built in mic which is a piece of sh*t, but run an MKH050 into a Steinberg CI1 and power everything off a USB port.

I've tried Camtasia as well. Something really off the wall though is a setup for broadcasting to Justin.tv live (or other live web casting) that gives decent results and the software is free. I don't get the flicker rate that I get with other capture programs.
Just an idea. I've tried "ManyCam" on screen capture mode with Adobe FLash Media LIve Encoder which allows, together, saving to a flash file which can be converted via other free software. Also in the web casting area I've heard about XSplit but have never tried it whether it is usuable as a capture device.

Anyways, that's an alternative approach to live screen capturing if you just want raw capturing without the mouse-flash-zoom features and the like.
