Scratching Halt

How can I create a "scratching halt" sound on FCP in order to make it seem like the background music came to a scratching halt. Or is this a sound effect i must purchase or download somewhere? Please help. Thank you

I think this site has a "record scratch to halt" mp3.
If it doesn't work, there seem to be many sound effect mp3's online.

Look in soundtrack pro. I think they have one in there.
