Saw High Tension: Just OK

Anyone else see it yet? Great start, good tension that just self destructs by the end. There's a ridiculous twist that blows hug gaps in the entire movie. I've had a couple days to think about it and there's no way to reconcile it. It simply doesn't make sense.

Still a pretty good entry to the slasher genre but I wished they would of played it straight. Don't want to ruin it so if somebody saw it already and has a comment I'll put up a spoiler warning.

Havn't seen it yet but have been looking foward to it. Do you know if it was cut down/censored to get an R rating? If so, i may forgo seeing in the theater and try to get my hands on an import DVD.

I don't know for sure if it was cut or not to get the R rating. I thought I read somewhere that Lions Gate was going to release it as NC-17 but I guess they backed off that. The one I saw was unrated and said uncut on the front. The only problem I had was it was dubbed in english but apparently the US film version is dubbed too (from what the commercials show). The dubbing wasn't bad though and there isn't a whole lot of dialog anyway. There's really only one scene I can think of that would push it to NC-17 and even that's questionable. It's easy to find the import DVD but it has no extras or anything (besides Thai dubbing).
