Savage lights....?

Has anyone used these lights before. I am looking for a decent flo-fill and saw these for sale. I am in film school but my school is terrible for equipment. My other problem is that typically shoots occur in homes with 20amp circuits which my ARRI2k destroys. I was looking for a flo-fill that I would probably just gel cto. I haven't seen these so I don't know if they are garbage.

Hi Moe:

Wow, those lights are intriguing. Very cheap for what they are. I am interested in the Kino Diva 200 or 400 but they are expensive in comparison. I guess a big issue for me are egg crates and diffusion. How is the ruggedness on these Savage lights? Are they really a true 5500K color temp? No flicker? Are they quiet?

What are your experiences in shooting with them? What I find interesting is that they use the same 55 watt biax tubes as the Kinos so if the ballast is any good, they should put out a decent quality light.
