Just finished a two day commercial shoot using three sanken COS11 and all I can say is WOW! cleanest best sounding audio from a lav I've ever heard. I know whats in my future audio plan.

I always hear the quetion which mic is the best, for lavs Sanken has my vote.

sanken is a good mike which you can place between the emw and dpa
one of my favors since it easy to work with and have very low rustling noise , excellent for inside the ties placement , the rubber pad make it very easy to place it directly on the body .
comes in 2 versions , the regular and 10 db lower output( red band) for very strong voices
 
sound wise , yes , but there are allot of different situations the b-6 which can be placed over clothes or hair micing do much better job , and its waterproof as well ,
so have much better sweat resistance .the b-6 is also live bad in windy situations ,so if you put a foam over it becomes bigger then sanken

i have a few from each brand just in case
