Sanken Cos-11D (for sony UWP) to xlr

I have a Sanken Cos 11-d lavalier And I want to use it on a camera with xlr inputs.

The microphone is wired for the sony UWP series transmitter and has a mini jack output.

Is it possible to connect it direct into a camera without rewiring it?

Basicly I need a mini jack to XLR connector do I?

I have at least six or eight of the Ambient adapters for my COS-11's that are wired TA5F/Lectro, but they make them for many different connectors and wiring schemes.

I forgot to mention that I found a Sony DC-78 Power supply. I wonder if that can be used for the Sanken D-11.

I see Ambient is based in Germany. Saves some time and transportation.

The DC-78 Power supply should work if the connector is wired for the UWP plug.
There are lower cost options for other Phantom Pwr adapters, but they are not quite as nice as the Ambiant. Search the usual suspect Pro audio sources.
