Sanken COS-11 wired for Sennheiser G2 units?

Is there anyway to get the Sanken COS 11, 11X, or 11D wired for Sennheiser G2 units? I saw the diagram on how to wire the pigtail mics, but I have no clue what it even means. Plus I wouldn't feel confident soldering this on my own, to expensive for a trial and error situation. Any ideas?

Yes. Contact ANY of the normal dealers (TAI, Trew, Coffey, Location Sound, etc)
and if they dont already have them made their inhouse guys will wire them.

And if you already own them, im sure they'd still do it.
