Hillcrest in 1993 to 1994 (4tha nd Washington by the Childrens Hospital)
Pacific Beach in 1994 to 1998 (Oakwoods baby!)
Gaslamp in 1998 to 2000 (Church and Library Lofts)
Bay Park in 2000 to 2001 (Can't remember name of apartments)

North County ever since (had a kid; jobs, etc)
 
you surf OB John? how about you Kovarova? ........to all my friends! well i seen a lot of people go down hill too much alchol and drugs. i stay pretty clean and kept focused.
 
shoot oakwoods! man that was a fun place. couple of doors down was Rocky's bar i knew the bartenders there; Joey and Larry from N.Y. AND HILLCREST home for abused children i used to volunteer 3 hours a day right after boxing downtown 5th and market, 5th st. boxing gym now it's a cigar place.

I live in San Diego, carlsbad particularly. I am going to be filming a full length independent film this summer. It is a comedy movie, and I already have all actors, filming locations, props, and script pretty much all squared away. Does anyone else who has been to OB love Hodad's as much as I do?

Sure, the place is dirty and doesn't look like a fun place to be in, but i'll be damned if they do not have some of the best burgers I've ever tasted.

OB: back in the late 80s i would rock it at the Texas Tea House to the Tom Cat and drink 40s under the semi trucks.


IB: it was a little stinky.. but it was pounding.

HAHA, not the Yukon as in the geographic location. It's a wreck off the coast of San Diego, from what I hear it's pretty intense.
 
yeah i heard that too! i got certified in 96 only diving in maui and catillina islands, then i had ear operation now i can't dive. sucks
 
I'll be back home in December for a project I wrote that's being shot there. Looking forward to coming home. I miss it down there.
