Okay, let's geek out. Who's going this year? I can't wait! Last year was awesome, but only of you know how to navigate that place, it's incredibly packed and fast paced. If you can handle massive amounts of comic-book guys with sweaty armpits sliding over your face, you'll have a blast!

I'm actually taking a proposal this year to pitch to publishers, a series I'm writing with an artist. I created a blog to follow our little journey by the way, it's in my sig. If any of you guys want to meet up for a beer or lunch that would be cool, maybe a DVX geek-squad dinner?

Wow, crazy that you should start this thread today because just last night I was talking to my aunt Chynna Clugston-Flores, an artist who does signings at the Con every year, about getting tickets. We have wanted to go for a while, but we just started making the plans yesterday, I was looking at hotels and adding upo prices and then I come on here this morning and find your thread. Insane!

I should be there if things go as planned, at least for one day, because we want to visit my aunt and uncle and also see Jamie McKelvie our friend, another artist, who flies in from the UK for the Con each year. See you guys there!
 
I think I'm going to hit up craigslist to see if there's any jobs at comic con...every year they want crews of guys to cover it, and that way I get in free!
 
She has good work, but I think I am going to support my aunt. In fact, you all should! :evil:
