Does anyone out there know of any sample permissions forms online, meaning what could I sent to a contact to acquire permission to use media images from the net ? I'm looking for something that is all encompassing (includes rights to use the images worldwide, in perpetuity, in any language etc) and legally binding. I could really use your help - I need to clear about 200 images asap.
