Sample contract for TV series shooting/editing?

Hey all.

I'll be shooting and editing a cooking show to be aired on my local public TV station. Before things proceed, I need to write up a contract detailing my services, fee, length of contract, etc.

Does anyone have a sample contract that I could tweak for such purposes?

Not sure, but this is a contract between myself and the host/client, not the station.
