Salvaging bad footage

Hi, I'm currently working on touching up a company's old videos. Some of them are worse than others. I have some experience with color correction and salvaging badly shot video, but I was hoping to receive some additional advice.

Below is a portion of a screenshot. As you see, it has a greenish tint, looks too soft (possibly mildly out of focus?) and has general exposure problems. No color correcting has been added in this screenshot, this is the out-of-camera look:

I've tinkered with the footage to the best of my abilities, and while I was able to salvage the exposure, I've been totally unsuccessful at correcting the tint. I'm using Final Cut Pro 7. Any advice is welcome, including suggestions for problems I may have not touched on.

They realize this footage can't be perfected, but significant improvements would be nice!

I'm no colorist, but I know that adding magenta is the usual treatment for too much green.

You may want to add magenta to just the mids, or play with various layering modes and opacities. Good luck.
