I I'm editing my movie with Adobe Premiere .. I export it and then I burn it on dvd with Nero Vision (I'have also do it with Window's maker and I have the same problem)
I play the disc on TV via my sony dvd player and its OK ... it's shows correctly the video without the safe frames ... but when I Play the same disc on my computer (I'have try with many programms ..) it's shows the whole picture with the safe frames included ..
It's SD 16:9 format
