Safari specific stutter in streaming footage

I have uploaded footage shot on the HVX and HPX and edited in FCP and compressed in Quicktime (settings below) to a player at www.jazzguitarheaven.com . The video that begins playing at the opening of the homepage has played well in all servers except Safari in which the stream stutters when changed to full screen. I wanted to know if anyone could suggest different compression settings (Keyframe rates, bitrates , etc.) that have worked with them in uploading stream problem free HD. Also note that the safari which experienced the problem was running on a PC, could this be the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.
