Sachtler DV 8 SB - 75mm or 100mm bowl?

I'm now decided to buy the Sachtler DV 8 SB fluid head for my HVX+LEX+RR MB setup. But I'm not sure to buy the 75mm or the 100mm bowl.

The first question I came up with is that, which one will I get fully support from other equipments in rental house (hi-hat, jib, etc.)? The price difference isn't much, but I hope to get the one with better compatibility.

Also, which tripod legs will you all suggest? Is the package below from B&H enough for normal shooting? Or there is other cheaper option which also does the job.

If you are really worried about compatibility, you could always get the 75mm half-ball and this adapter.

I would get the 100mm bowl. It's much easier to adjust level..
