What can I say... CG (Computer Graphics) both shots are 3D. The stretching arm was done with still cameras in different angles. In these shots we placed the candy arm. If you play these shots at 25fps you get the illusion of camera movement in still time. aka Bullet time.
The boy and girls scene was done in a blue screen shoot, everything but the boy and girl is a matte and cg.
