M mixer28 Active member Mar 21, 2007 #1 I have a senn k6/ me66 shotgun + the cardoid me64 and I have a rycote softie and pistol grip - do I need to drop this if shooting outdoors and get a blimp/ zeppelin set up or will the rycote softie be ok for general outside useage?
