rycote S series: wind resistance

hi there!

planning on buying one of these, but wanted to see if anyone had any experience using it in strong winds and how it held up?

living in scotland, most exteriors come with a built in howling gale effect, but i dont want to add a blown out mic effect to the soundtrack

They work extremely well - almost as good as the full Rycote basket windshield with Windjammer (the Windjammer for the full basket has slightly longer hair which helps a bit more under the worst conditions).
