Rycote Invision dilemma

I'm about to purchase the Oktava MK012 Movie Set for indoor work but am a little confused as to what number of Rycote Invision mount I should get.
Originally I thought it was going to be the 7 however, I've been reading that if you want to use a BBG with it then the number 6 is advised.

What do you think guys?

I have the exact same setup with an Invision 6. The 7 is too long to but the BBG on, unless you add an XLR barrel extension.

FWIW I bought the 7. I chose it because there are three positions to chose from where you can mount the two lyre's, on the photo marked by the white boxes I inserted. As shown, the Lyres are at there furthest distance apart and the back one is actually on the XLR plug rather than the mike, works for me. In the photo the mike is an Oktava 012, Invision 7. I don't have a BBG,cann't remember what the winscreen is.

Yes - the INV-7 is very flexible.

It has the normal wide setting - a narrow setting equivalent to the INV-6 - and another half way between.

Though the mic. in the above pictire is badly set up as one Lyre is distorded - I would have turned the mic. round and used the middle setting.

I have a Inv. 7 and the mount rings can be moved with an 'under a dollar' hex key. (aka, Allen wrench)
